40 ROUND/SQUARE BALES, BIOGAS - AgriCompact Technologies GmbH

This COMPACT HAY DRYER with air recirculation dries 40 bales of forage and can accommodate both round and/or square bales.

The plant in metallic construction is arranged in 4 rows and can be loaded and unloaded from both sides using a telescopic loader.

This COMPACT Hay Dryer is equipped with an electrical motor which powers the fan. This model uses hot water at 80° C (176° F) from the cogeneration of the BIOGAS plant that passes through 2 radiators inside the COMPACT.

Supporting the 2 radiators, the Hay Dryer COMPACT is equipped with a combustion chamber in the event that the BIOGAS plant does not supply the necessary thermal energy to the drying process.

The spacious structure of the drying zone results in perfect heat recovery thanks to our patented technique of air recirculation.

The roof of the drying zone is composed of corrugated steel sheets which are pre-painted with a dark brown color. Furthermore there are 4 skylights in polycarbonate which provide radiation and illumination of the drying zone of our Hay Dryers COMPACT.

On request we can customize your insulated roof panels with additional polyurethane foam.

The large sliding doors (5 m each) of our Hay Dryer COMPACT allow ample space for loading and unloading and therefore facilitate and accelerate the entire loading/unloading operation in a safe work environment.

The drying zone is desinged with central support columns that provide durability to the structure during the loading/unloading processes. The support columns are strategically placed to not interfere with loading/unloading.
