We have applied our unique technique of heat recovery with air recirculation to this COMPACT model for drying medicinal and aromatic herbs.
We have achieved the best drying results in the BIO and BIODYNAMIC field where quality is a key issue.
Our customers using this COMPACT Dryer model are all certified Demeter and Codex.
This COMPACT Dryer model is equipped with a greenhouse and in the summertime it fully exploits the radiation.
This COMPACT Dryer model is equipped with a computerized system that manages the temperature and moisture.

As you can see, we have already tried many products with our COMPACT Dryer for herbs and firmly believe that many more will be possible with our unique technique of heat recovery with air recirculation.
Our drying projects are multi-use and green! Our customer has a biogas plant: Valorization of thermal energy through cogeneration process.
Our customer has a Hay Dryer, COMPACT for round bales and as it is multi-use he can dry additional products with it.
In this case, our customer must dry big quantities of maize.
So we designed a system for him which on one hand can dry round bales and on the other maize in a concrete construction.
The quality of the maize is highly interesting and achieved with a very low exploitation cost. You have to keep in mind that the drying temperature for maize does not exceed 45°C.
Those containers are designed for the drying of your maize or other products. The advantage is clearly to be seen: You can dry maize as well as hay bales at the same time. This technique can be found with our hay dryers in concrete construction as well as in metallic construction. Every single container can be designed to meet the special drying needs. Normally each container is designed for a capacity of at least 1000 kg of dry product.
